    • Julie O. aka Julie Outrage is a guitarist, singer-songwritter and percussion player based in Washington DC.
    Her style has been called a range between funk-rock with a jazz guitar influence to psychelic soul with a feel encompassing hip hop inspired & spoken word lyrics. Her improvasational live performances, make for a different experience in every show.
